The Traitors’ Ash set to ‘expose other traitors’ in shock move after backstabbing twist

The Traitors fans believe Ash is about to expose her fellow traitors Paul and Harry.

During Wednesday’s instalment (January 10) of the BBC show, Ash was left reeling after Paul and Harry both voted her as a Traitor. Luckily for the 45-year-old, she was spared banishment from the castle as Faithful Brian received the most votes.

Confronting the duo, Ash insisted they should remain as a team in order to come out on top. Ash shared her betrayal at the situation, claiming she would have had their backs. Later, the Traitors learned they were condemning four people, who would spend the night in the dungeon.

Attempting to throw people off, the Traitors decided to send two of them to the dungeon to avoid suspicion. But their attempts didn’t work.

Paul voted for Ash as a Traitor

At the roundtable, the spotlight landed on Ash. While she tried to turn attention to Evie, she received the most votes, including two from Paul and Harry once again. At the end of the episode, Ash was asked to reveal whether she was a Faithful or a Traitor.

She said: “I want to say that I think you’re an absolutely magnificent group of people. I don’t think I’ve belly laughed so much in a while, so it’s been an honour and a privilege.”

But before Ash confirmed she was a Traitor, the programme ended. Fans were baffled over the cliff-hanger given they already know that Ash is a Traitor. This led some to believe that their could be a shocking twist in store.

One wrote: “Ash is going to expose Paul!!” A second added: “Did anyone else see the way Ash kept nodding towards Paul when she was about to reveal she’s a traitor.”

Another said: “Very clever ending to #TheTraitors – clearly Ash is going to subtly (or not so subtly) out someone else. Then we can enjoy the downfall of Paul – when Meg gets murdered and everyone asks why his theory about the “most popular target” didn’t follow through.”

Another echoed: “I’m slightly baffled why they left the end of ep4 as if it’s a cliffhanger when we all know. OR is something unexpected about to get said?”
