In the photo, Tito was seen at a memorial for the Earth Song singer, who also tragically died at the age of 50 back in 2009. The star had been in the German city of Munich with brother Jackie and Marlon, laying flowers and inspecting candles and photos of the star.

Writing in the caption, the singer said he was humbled by the legacy his beloved brother left the world and how he continues to be remembered today. “Before our show in Munich, my brothers Jackie, Marlon, and I, visited the beautiful memorial dedicated to our beloved brother, Michael Jackson,” he penned.

“We’re deeply grateful for this special place that honours not only his memory but also our shared legacy,” Tito added. “Thank you for keeping his spirit alive.”

Following the news of his death, fans across the world inundated the post with messages of love and support for the now-deceased star. Many gave their condolences to Tito’s family, with many urging him to “rest in peace”.

One fan was left stunned at the news and almost refused to believe that it was real, penning in the comments section: “Just saw an article, I hope it’s a hoax; someone please tell me we didn’t lose Tito.” A second user agreed, begging: “Please tell us the news isn’t true right now.”

Tito, Marlon and Jackie had been in the midst of a huge tour performing under the name The Jacksons. The musical trio had just performed at Boogietown in Surrey last Monday (September 9) – with their final gig coming just days later.

Jonathan said that he was “stunned and devastated” upon hearing the news. He added that he extended his condolences to Tito’s mother Katherine, as well as the other Jackson family members.
