EXCLUSIVE: Celebrity Big Brother star Chloe Khan has became the ultimate business mogul since leaving the reality TV show almost a decade ago – here’s how she earns her dosh
Celebrity Big Brother star Chloe Khan has been raking in the cash since leaving the show in 2016 – here’s all the different ways she makes her moolah.
The former X Factor star, 34, entered the reality show back in 2016 and made quite a stir onscreen with her drunken antics. But since then it appears she’s seriously switched up her line of work.
From earning a fortune in the adult industry, to creating her own property empire, Chloe certainly has her fingers in plenty of pies. If it’s one thing she knows how to do, it’s make a name and money for herself after a “tough” upbringing.
Here’s what her moneymaking ventures look like…
£200k a day job
Earlier this year, Chloe revealed she earned over £200k in 24 hours after launching her AI clone that helps her send racy content online to fans, without her even have to communicate with them herself.
Chloe exclusively told us: “You can call her up and speak to her and she will answer your questions, she will even get a bit cheeky! I can’t believe how realistic it is, it’s actually scary. I’ve even spoke to her on the phone and thought ‘that’s so weird!’
“For example you can say ‘Chloe, can you send me a picture of you posing on a yacht in a pink lingerie set?’ And AI will make the photo exactly like that, it’s somewhat better than my other adult sites because I don’t even have to interact with people myself. In the first 24 hours, I earned £200k, it went crazy!”
Adult site earnings
This isn’t the only X-rated side hustle she has as her main money-maker is from communicating with fans herself on another adult popular site.
Chloe shared: “Obviously my main thing is where I’m making money to invest is OF, Instagram and other social media. But my OF is the big money, the crazy money.
“I make good money from subscriptions but there’s so much money to unlock inside it, I’d say subscriptions are only 20% of the overall income.”
Property empire
From owning Airbnbs to buying up stately homes, Chloe has built herself a property empire fit for a queen. She has multiple vacay rentals up and running and also in the works of another profitable project.
Chloe told us: “I have bought this huge lavish place which is going to hopefully used as a big content creator house and where brands can rent it out for shoots.
“I want it to be a professional place, not like my other Airbnbs which are just for anyone to come stay in. This place is going to be amazing.”
Funeral business
A few years ago, Chloe also started to bang her bucks into different investment opportunities to boost her bank account even more – and one way was in the funeral industry.
Chloe explained: “I’ve got into funeral finance, so I don’t have anything to do with it personally, I know it sounds a bit morbid but I don’t go to coffins or anything weird.
“My thing is just a couple of Zoom calls twice a year but yeah I invested in funeral finance and solar energy storage. I’ve had a couple of s*** investments, I’ve had bad ones which I put loads of money in and it hasn’t worked out at all.
“But I’ve had a few good ones, I’ve got a wealth management guy who helps me with all the clever things that I don’t really need to concern myself with.”
