David and Victoria Beckham reportedly hope someone can end their rumoured family rift with son Brooklyn.

The 26-year-old seemed to make a statement on the alleged feud on Sunday (May 15) when he declared he would “always choose” his wife Nicola Peltz, 30. Hours later, his brother Cruz took to Instagram with a heartfelt statement about how much he loved his family.

It’s claimed there’s a dispute involving Brooklyn and Nicola, his parents David and Victoria, and his younger brother Romeo. Speculation about a feud has grown after Brooklyn and Nicola were missing from his dad David’s 50th birthday party in London.

It’s now claimed Brooklyn’s post was a “dagger to his parents’ hearts”, with family sources suggesting they hope that Brooklyn’s sister Harper’s 14th birthday in July will help heal the rift. A source told The Sun that his message seemed “very pointed”.

The Beckhams are reportedly hoping that the alleged feud with their eldest will be resolved by the time Harper’s birthday comes around. Another source told the outlet: “It doesn’t seem likely at the moment.”

Brooklyn and Harper have always been close and back in March, he shared some poignant advice for his sibling. Asked what his advice would be to Harper, the chef told the MailOnline: “I just tell her, find that one thing that you love and just put your head down, don’t listen to anyone.”

Brooklyn fuelled speculation about a feud with his gushing post about wife Nicola, the daughter of billionaire businessman Nelson Peltz. Brooklyn posted a video showing him riding a red motorbike down the streets of Los Angeles.

The pair seemed smitten on the bike ride as Nicola sat behind Brooklyn with her arms wrapped around his neck. Brooklyn threw his support behind Nicola in the caption, writing: “My whole world x I will love you forever x I always choose you baby x you’re the most amazing person i know xx me and you forever baby.”

Nicola echoed Brooklyn’s affectionate ‘I choose you’ post on her own Instagram. She responded: “I’ve always got you baby.” It was claimed the post was hurtful to his parents.

A source previously told The Sun: “It shows how much this situation with his family has escalated. It’s very sad for everyone involved, especially David and Victoria who love him very much. This isn’t the Brooklyn his family knows and loves. This post was like a dagger to their hearts but they will always be there for Brooklyn.”

It’s been suggested Brooklyn and Nicola had planned on attending David’s 50th birthday celebrations and that Brooklyn had reached out to his famous dad in an attempt to meet up but felt his family had chosen his brother Romeo over him. It has been said there is tension between Brooklyn and Romeo over Romeo’z new girlfriend Kim Turnbull, who used to date Brooklyn.

Another source hit back at these claims. Daily Star has previously contacted Brooklyn’s representatives for comment.
