P Diddy is currently on trial after facing charges of transportation to engage in prostitution, sex trafficking and racketeering, while his sprawling Beverly Hills property sits on the market untouched
While P Diddy is in court his $61.5 million mansion is still on the market untouched.
The rapper, real name Sean Combs, is currently on trial facing charges of transportation to engage in prostitution, sex trafficking and racketeering. He has strongly denied the allegations made against him.
The I’ll Be Missing You hitmaker put his house on the market just a week before he was arrested in New York City back in September 2024.
His Beverly Hills mansion has a whopping ten bedrooms and thirteen bathrooms, along with a movie theatre that can seat five guests.
Diddy’s property also boasts a giant disco-ball inspired statue, a pool with a waterfall, a pizza oven, a basketball court, a recording studio and a spa.
He reportedly bought the mansion for a jaw-dropping $39 million back in 2014, meaning the house has grown $22 million in value since it was purchased.
However, there has been next to no interest in Diddy’s mansion and one real estate spoke to Daily Mail about the property’s reputation. They explained: “No agents want to touch that house or be in any stories related to the case or the listing.”
The mansion has no current offers, but reportedly one person lowballed the market price by offering $30 million back in 2024.
Steven “Bo” Belmont, an investor who flips homes, released a statement at the time. After making his offer, Bo said: “I want to remove the stigma and focus on the charming elegance of this remarkable property.”
Combs has been detained at the Metropolitan Detention Centre since his arrest on 16 September 2024.
In a statement to the BBC, his lawyer addressed the federal charges and said: “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – man or woman, adult or minor.”
