Jodie Marsh has debuted her new look online as well as giving fans a health update as she claims to be ‘fat,’ but maintains that she is happier than ever in her new business venture
Jodie Marsh has given fans a health update and admitted that she’s “fat but happy”. The former glamour model gave up her wild party lifestyle to embrace a new outdoorsy life recently, after she opened an animal sanctuary and now runs it.
While her life in rural Essex is not the norm for the ex-Page Three model, she claims to be happier than ever and has opened up about her calmer life. Sharing a video on her Instagram, she talked through her “anxiety/depression, aches and pains.”
Jodie added that she now includes CBD oil in her daily routine in order to maintain her health and wellbeing. She filmed the video while sat on her sofa as she spoke to a man behind the camera.
She had a full face of makeup, with a smokey eye and red lipstick as she spoke. Jodie passionately spoke about the oil and said she had “never had a bad word said about it.”
In a candid Instagram caption she wrote: “Anyone with anxiety/depression any aches or pain or insomnia NEEDS TO TRY THIS.”
Jodie then added: “It changed my life you just need the 6000mg oil and works straight away.”
The model wore a short sleeved top paired with a pair of jeans with a rip detail on the side of the leg. She completed her look with a grey beanie.
Jodie, who built up and opened her sanctuary named Fripps Farm with ponies, swans and a parrot, spoke to the Sun and revealed that her looks have changed simply because she’s so short of time.
She said: “The reason I’m now fat and haven’t got a six pack is because I don’t have time to eat properly or even do the food shopping. Not ever.
“I used to cook healthy meals and don’t have time for that anymore.” She also added that she doesn’t go to the gym for the same reason.
However, the star maintains that she’s “happier than ever,” despite being busy with her animal venture. She recently joked with her Instagram fans how she is “either a sex bomb or a hobo. There’s no in between!”
Jodie has been working hard on Fripps Farm. The company has now received a new status meaning it is recognised to provide a “service to the community.”
The CIC (Community Interest Company) status means that donations can be accepted to help grow the company. The farm is now home 600 animals, including “loads and loads of ducks,” more than 20 equines, meerkats, skunks and a lot more exotic animals.
