Katie Price will be making her acting debut in how horror spoof film titled Jackie The Stripper, which will see a whole hoard of famous faces return to the big screen
Katie Price has been pictured in character for her acting debut in new upcoming film Jackie The Stripper.
The reality TV star, 46, will be making her acting debut in the horror spoof title which is set to be released at the end of the year.
Katie’s character Lisa is the mentor of lead character Jackie, played by actress Charlotte Kirk, and guides her through the world of strippers/strip clubs.
The Pricey, who has recently worried fans regarding her health, could be seen practising her lines whilst donning a matching red suit and black top underneath. She had her black locks styled straight and flaunted a full face of glam makeup.
The film is written and directed by Michael Head, who has cast a whole hoard of famous faces in his new movie.
We recently spoke exclusively to one of the stars cast in the film to find out what has been going on behind-the-scenes.
Big Brother star Charlie Doherty has been hired as one of the strippers, Spinx.
Charlie told us: “There are some huge stars in it, Jamie Lomas, one of the twins from Harry Potter who played Fred and George, Katie Price, Patsy Kensit…
“There’s a few people in it and like I said, I’ve been filming in it now for the last couple of weeks, its going really well.
“The film is all about fun female empowerment. It’s basically like all the girls stick together. They’re bad a**, they’re strippers, they’re hustlers, and they don’t take no s***. It’s basically a spoof of Jack the Ripper, but Jackie the Stripper.”
She added: “I did do a show reel for a bit of a bigger part, which I think it shortlisted for. I’m not sure if Katie got that or somebody else, but he basically said it’s not always down to the acting, it’s also their exposure and their influence on social media and stuff.”
However, this isn’t the first we’ve heard of the project, as Naked Attraction icon Chrissie Wunna, who was also eyed up for a part in the film.
Chrissie shared: “There’s a bit British comedy film currently just gone into production.
“They’re filming now and it’s actually called ‘Jackie the Stripper’ but it’s a fun, girl empowerment comedy spoof.
“It’s an East End comedy. I was cast to play ‘Jackie’ but only the other day I had to get recast because my filming dates clashed with another film.
“It stars Jamie Lomas, Kimberly Wyatt, James Phelps from Harry Potter, Chloe Meadows and Katie Price. I don’t know the roles that they play.
“I don’t know who has been recast as my role either but I was meant to be on set this week.
“I know it’s Katie first big movie role and she’ll smash it.”
