EXCLUSIVE: Reality TV star and podcaster Chloe Burrows has spoken exclusively to Daily Star and admitted the one thing that brings her confidence, even when she’s not feeling herself
Love Island icon Chloe Burrows has dropped her ultimate confidence hack.
Speaking exclusively to Daily Star before a live recording of her podcast Chloe vs The World, the reality TV icon admitted that it’s someone, not something, that helps her feel like the best version of herself.
She said: “If I’m really honest it’s my mother. If I ever have any doubt in the world, my mum is my number one supporter. She’s like: ‘F*** it, just do whatever you want!’ So whenever I’m in doubt I call Big Lou. She always says: ‘No-one is looking at you anyway.”
The reality TV star skyrocketed to fame after appearing on Love Island back in 2021 during the show’s seventh season.
Since starring on the ITV dating show Chloe has gone on to have one of the most successful careers out of the show’s entire alumni, but humbly admitted that she’s still surprised when people recognise her.
“It still blows my mind [that people notice me], walking around I’m fine but as soon as I speak, that’s when they notice me because everyone recognises my voice,” she told us with a giggle.
“It’s so funny because everyone says I have ten million accents, so how can you recognise them?!”
Chloe recently teamed up with Smirnoff Miami Peach for a live recording of her podcast, which will be released on 10 June. Smirnoff Miami Peach is available now in a 70cL spirit drink bottle and convenient ready-to-drink cans, and Chloe has urged her 18+ fans to give it a try.

As for her career, Chloe’s podcast is on the up and has “taken a new lease of life” this year: “We’re taking it in a new direction. This is my first ever show with an audience today thanks to Smirnoff!”
“I would love to [do more], it’s honestly a confidence thing. I’m a Smirnoff girlie and this opportunity is amazing, I wouldn’t have done it if it wasn’t in collaboration. This drink is so me, this is so on brand, it was just so right.”
