‘Britain’s most hated woman’ has defended Maura Higgins over the infamous BRITs kiss with married Danny Jones – and says she’s not to blame.
Carla Bellucci, 42, is never short of opinions – even though they’re bound to raise a fair few eyebrows. The mum-of-four, from Hertfordshire, spent 10 years of her life as a mistress to her now husband so she knows a thing or two about getting involved in others’ relationships.
And that’s lead her to stick her two pence worth into the controversy surrounding McFly star Danny,38, and Love Island icon Maura, 34, after their not-so-sneaky kiss at the Universal Music BRITs after party.
While many people have shared messages of support to Danny’s wife of 10 years Georgia Horsley, others have taken the time to troll reality star and model Maura.
However, Carla thinks haters should back off of the singleton as she claims other women are just ‘jealous’ of Maura and her super ‘hot’ looks.
Speaking to Daily Star, Carla said: “I think she [Maura] should be left alone – she owes his wife nothing.
“She is single, he is the one who should know better. She owes no one nothing! Women always get the hate and it infuriates me. She is a hot woman so she is the ‘bad one’ – no!
“Sorry Danny, on this one, you’re bang out of order – grow up. Maura is hot, successful, sexy and beautiful so it’s easy to hate on her, as always, woman love to get their claws out!
“But, on this one he is to blame.
“Why is Maura taking the rap for this? He’s the one who is married again Maura owes his wife nothing it’s him that had the responsibility not her.”
Carla has come out in defence of Maura and her intimate involvement with fellow I’m A Celeb campmate Danny that was captured on camera early hours Sunday morning (March 2).
Although she’s backing the brunette bombshell, the ‘most hated woman’ has also offered some words of advice for Georgia who is the mother of Danny’s son, Cooper.
Though neither Maura, Danny nor Georgia have released a statement about the incident, Carla reckons the wife should be ‘fuming’ and, if she were her, he’d be out the door.
Carla expressed: “I think she [Georgia] must be super hurt and humiliated. If I was her I would be gone – kid or no kids – his bum would be out of that door.
“I would tell her this is just the beginning, he has no respect for you or your son so move on! Don’t let it go, he will never change.
“‘Drunk’ is no excuse- a betrayal is a betrayal!”
