A This Morning presenting legend has quit the programme after starring on it for the past 33 years.
Vanessa Feltz has been a regular presenter on the show for the past three decades but has decided it is time to leave the programme behind, in tow with her ex partner.
The telly star, 63, will be moving on to launch her own Channel 5 show titled Vanessa, which will begin on March 24 at 12.45pm.
She told us: “I’ve been on ‘This Morning’ since 1992. It’s been a long time . But I’m now doing my own show and I can’t do both.”

She added: “When I told everyone I wouldn’t be able to do the show anymore, they were lovely about it. I heard from Alison Hammond and Holly Willoughby immediately and the bosses were charming. I’ll miss working with them all.
Vanessa continued talking about the role: “I have learned lots of stuff on ‘This Morning’. When I first did it, I had never been on TV before. I didn’t know what was going on. I was bamboozled but they gave me a contract.”

But she highlighted how excited she was to launch her own personal project. She shared: “This is a fantastic opportunity and I couldn’t be more excited. It feels marvellous.”
She first announced her now show earlier this morning with a statement which read: “I cannot wait to get started on this sparkling adventure with Channel 5. This show is all about YOU – your stories, your opinions, your emotions, and your triumphs. Television’s never been so real, honest, or unpredictable.
“Life isn’t perfect, so let’s not pretend it is – let’s help each other out, have a giggle, and make every show a conversation worth having so kick off your shoes and come and join me for lunch, relax with a bit of me time and let’s have a ball!”

It comes a few months Vanessa Feltz made a candid confession about her relationship with ex Ben Ofoedu amid their recent feud.
The TV and Radio broadcaster took to her YouTube channel to draw parallels between her own past and that of Love Island: All Stars stars Harriet Blackmore and Ronnie Vint. Before discussing whether the pair should get back together on the show, she asked: “Should Harriet forgive Ronnie? Should you ever forgive a cheater?”
Vanessa then gave her advice on the situation and referring to her past relationship in which she “famously did take back a cheat,” she said: “He’ll break your heart again. So listen Harriet, please. This is Vanessa Feltz talking to you Harriet. And I’m somebody who famously did take back a cheat. That was in 2017.”
