This Morning presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield celebrated on the show this morning, saying goodbye to their crew for the summer.
The presenting duo is leaving the show for the remainder of the warmer months, heading off on their annual leave after working throughout the lockdown.
Thrilled with her impending time-off, Holly exclaimed: “It is our final day for the summer!”
Later, she promised fans an extra-generous episode of Spin to Win, dishing out a heft of surprises in honour of their farewell.

Holly said: “As it’s our last day before the summer break we’ve got a bumper round of our favourite game.”
In their place, Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes will be taking over the show, hosting from Mondays to Thursdays.
Friday episodes will be presented by a slew of guest hosts, though ITV has yet to confirm which names will be taking part.

Making the most of their last day on the set, Holly and Phil arrived in an ice cream truck, careening into the studio with treats galore.
Holly scolded Phil’s driving skills when they took off, as she screamed and warned: “Let me know when you’re going!”
Later, she pulled her co-presenter a Mr Whippy ice cream, complete with lashings of strawberry syrup and a chocolate flake.

Surprised by the volume of ice cream that splurged out of the nozzle, Holly exclaimed: “Ooh it’s a bit quicker than you think it’s going to be.”
Turning to her co-star Alison Hammond, she asked: “Hammond do you want me to make you one?”
Alison declined, only for Phil to let her know she would be responsible for making everyone else ice creams for the rest of the day.
This Morning airs on weekdays at 10am on ITV
