Bake Off stars Matt Lucas and Paul Hollywood are set to get “soggy bottoms” – being frightened by ghosts.
We can reveal the hotel where the new Channel 4 series is being filmed is haunted.
TV chiefs have moved locations for the autumn series from Welford Park in Newbury, Berks, to a former Victorian country house in Essex.
However, the posh pad is set to give the stars – including new host Matt, 46, below, Paul, 54, Prue Leith, 80, and Noel Fielding – as well as the bakers the creeps.

A team called Essex Ghost Hunters carried out an investigation at the property and claim to have discovered the spirits of a man and a woman in two of the rooms.
A spokesman said: “It was a very active evening.”
Guests also have reported strange activity during their stay.
Phones have rung throughout the night and no-one has been at the other end.

There have also been complaints about cold spots (often a sign of paranormal activity) as well as floorboards creaking in empty corridors and odd smells.
One commented: “The place feels haunted.”
Co-host Noel, 47, will be thrilled to hear the place is haunted as he is fascinated by spooks.

He said: “I love the traditional ghost – a white sheet with eyeholes, like a Pac-Man ghost.”
There was much uncertainty surrounding the new series of Bake Off, but the 2020 season is officially back on track.
Love Productions boss Gary Davey and chief commercial officer Jane Millichip told Deadline: “You will have your victoria sponge this year.”
They also added that filming is “going very well”.
