Sexy celebrities admit they like getting their kit off as nudism on the rise

Naturists say sexy celebs outing themselves as nudists is boosting popularity.

Ulrika Jonsson and Craig Revel Horwood recently admitted they like getting their kit off.

British Naturism thinks the stars’ support is “breaking down the taboo and stigma” and is helping membership numbers surge.

Spokesman Andrew Welch said: “I am sure Ulrika would enjoy coming to an event, especially with her family.

“There is always a great community spirit and it’s great to mix with like-minded people. The positive effect of it is that it shows that people who enjoy social nudity are from every level of society and not some strange fringe minority.

“It helps to normalise the whole idea of nudity.”

Strictly judge Craig, 55, last week complained that being famous means he cannot visit nudist camps.

And ex-Gladiators beauty Ulrika, 53, said Brits were hung up about baring all after she was attacked over a nude pic uploaded to the internet during this year’s summer scorcher.

She said: “I have no problem being naked. I’ll happily walk though the house without a stitch on, and wouldn’t feel uncomfortable being seen naked by family or friends.

“I’m far from the only woman in the public eye to share an au naturel snap on social media, with Liz Hurley, Heidi Klum and Helena Christensen among those who have posted candid photos.

“As far as I’m concerned nudity is not a big deal.”

Mr Welch reckons there will be other famous individuals who disrobe in their spare time.

He said: “I am sure that there are a great many celebrities spending time naked when the weather is good. They just don’t feel the need to shout about it.”
