This Morning starlet Holly Willoughby is said to be braced of a major legal battle.
The TV starlet split with her former agents last year before setting up her own company.
Now reports claim that a £10 million row has kicked off over claims they are owed commission.
A source says Holly is contesting the idea that her former agents could collect a cut of any contracts they helped negotiate should they be renewed in the near future.
A insider told The Sun: “No one wanted this to go legal but Holly won’t simply give away her hard-fought millions without a fight.

“This is a sad finale to what was once a hugely successful partnership.”
Her former agents are believed to “feel entitled to maximise a sunset provision to claim commission on the renewal of contracts”.
The source added: “This means, if she signed a new three-year deal with ITV worth £10million, say, they’d be entitled to around £1.5million of it”.”
A rep for Holly Willoughby declined to comment.

The commission is said to be around 15% and reported to continue for “years and years”.
The publication adds that “in theory, Holly could be 65 and still paying out hundreds of thousands”.
In August 2020 Holly launched Roxy management – her own talent agency.
Report claimed she would work with an all female line-up.
A source at the time said: “Lockdown has given her time to reflect and think about her future.
