Chrishell Stause 'worried for people's sanity' over Meghan Markle anger

Chrishell Stause has expressed concern for “people’s sanity” over vitriolic comments directed at Meghan Markle.

The Selling Sunset star issued a plea for clear-headedness after reading a sample of negative comments about Meghan posted beneath a news article on Twitter.

Meghan and Harry are due to have their bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey aired on Sunday, which will be available in the UK on Monday on ITV.

Harry’s already appeared on The Late Late Show with James Corden.

“My timeline is very pro Meghan Markle which I love,” Chrishell wrote, “But I just scrolled some of the comments on a news site’s post & it was almost shocking that people hate her so much.

“I worry about people’s sanity who can attach so much hate to someone they don’t know.”

Harry and Meghan opted early last year to step back as senior Royals, and have since made the move across the pond to California.

And last month, the couple confirmed that they would not be returning to duty and handed back their titles and patronages to Buckingham Palace.

“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have confirmed to Her Majesty The Queen that they will not be returning as working members of The Royal Family,” the Palace announced.

“While all are saddened by their decision, The Duke and Duchess remain much loved members of the family.”

“We can all live a life of service. Service is universal.”

Among the most critical of Harry and Meghan has been Good Morning Britain’s resident firebrand Piers Morgan.

He’s branded their upcoming chat with Oprah a “whine-a-thon” – despite not having seen it.
