Danniella Westbrook's lookalike teen daughter, 19, is spitting image of EastEnders star

Danniella Westbrook’s lookalike teenage daughter is almost identical to her mum’s character from her EastEnders’ days.

19-year-old Jodie shared a photo of herself on Instagram after having her blonde locks cut into a style close to what her mother had when she played Sam Mitchell on the hit show.

Danniella played Sam from 1990 until 2016 on the popular BBC soap.

The 47-year-old also posted a snap of her daughter recently as she promoted her social media selling account and encouraged fans to follow the page.

In the photo of herself, Jodie wrote: “I want the fringe back”.

Fans of Danniella were quick to rush to the comments to say how much she resembled her actress mum.

Another added: “Spitting image of your beautiful mum, you’re both gorgeous.”

A third echoed the same thought: “So pretty, and just like your beautiful mum”.

The star shares Jodie with her ex-husband Kevin Jenkins, the pair married four months before Jodie was born.

Danniella also has a son named Kai whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Robert Fernandez.

She had famously begged Jodie’s dad for a divorce on social media following five years of the pair being separated.

Jumping on Twitter, she penned: “Happy birthday to my husband of nearly 19 years Kevin Jenkins. Hope you have the most amazing birthday weekend K. But after 5 years of asking please let me give you this GIFT #DontAskDontGet #MrTA.”

The couple had been together for 13 years before they decided to part ways in 2014.

Danniella recently opened up on recovering from mental health issues brought on by being diagnosed with coronavirus.

The star said the battle against Covid had been tough and told followers she had “a week and a half of depression” after “coming out of covid”.

She said: “It was severe, severe depression. I was getting out of bed just to eat, sometimes not even to wash.

“Depression is in all of us and none of us can escape it, it’s just how it manifests.

“For me, it’s particularly bad since I had Covid, but I feel like I have turned the corner so thank you guys.

“Thanks to my kids for their support, they have been on the end of the phone 24/7.”
