Stacey Solomon and Caitlyn Jenner are reportedly in talks to appear on the newly-announced Best Of series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here.
Bosses at the hit ITV show are believed to be keen to secure 32-year-old Stacey, who was crowned Queen of the Jungle on the normal version of the series back in 2010.
They are also understood to be trying to tempt back Caitlyn, 72, who earned around £500,000 for being a campmate in the 2019 series.
The spin-off series will be filmed in South Africa this summer but will not go to air until early 2023.
Other celebs thought to be near the top of ITV’s wanted list include Happy Mondays frontman Shaun Ryder, ex-Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison and TV chef Gino D’Acampo.
Regular presenting duo Ant and Dec will host the show, which will be filmed at Kruger National Park – where Australia’s version of the programme is recorded.
The Best Of series will not replace the regular version of the show, which will take place as normal later this year and returns to Australia after Covid restrictions caused the last two seasons to be filmed at Gwrych Castle in north Wales.
A source told The Sun : “It’s still really early days but I’m A Celebrity bosses are keen to bring back the most talked-about stars.
“Stacey and Caitlyn were both great value in their years and reckon they’ll be even better viewing a second time.”
The Best Of version will have a similar feel to normal series but also include new twists to the format such as the campmates taking part in various internal votes and challenges that will affect their fate on the show.
