Britney Spears’ fiancé Sam Asghari is no stranger to gushing about the star and on his Mother’s Day post, he let slip more details on their big day.
The happy couple, who have been dating for over five years, announced their engagement in September 2021. First meeting on the set of Britney’s “Slumber Party” music video in 2016, Britney, 40, and Asghari, 28, revealed their news on Instagram.
On Sunday (May 8) the personal trainer sweetly shared his love for her, gushing over the couple’s “real life fairytale” and dubbing the singer his “soon to be queen”. Tantalising fans, he added: “Also the big day has been set! But nobody will known until the day after.”
Last month, the pair dropped some surprise news as they announced they were expecting a baby. It will be Britney’s third child as she shares two sons with ex Kevin Federline, but it’s her first with Asghari.
Sharing a long Instagram post, she wrote: “I lost so much weight to go on my Maui trip only to gain it back… I thought “Geez … what happened to my stomach???
“My husband said “No you’re food pregnant silly!!!” So I got a pregnancy test, and uhhhhh well … I am having a baby… 4 days later I got a little more food pregnant. It’s growing !!! If 2 are in there… I might just loose it…”
Britney already has two sons, who she shares with ex-husband Kevin Federline, but some fans reckon that Britney has already dropped hints on her new arrival being a girl.
She also already referred to Asghari as her husband, leaving some fans wondering if the two are already officially married.
Fans were delighted as they got even more clues on the wedding from Britney herself. In her latest Instagram snap, she introduced her new pet cat, Wendy who was sat on what Britney says is her veil.
She wrote: “Introducing Wendy! And yes, this is the veil to my wedding dress.”
