Amy Childs broke down in tears as she opened up about body confidence struggles during the brand-new episode of The Only Way Is Essex.
The 32-year-old reality star couldn’t hold back her emotions as she chatted to Jordan Brook and James Lock in emotional scenes.
‘Honestly, over the past couple of months, I’ve lost my complete confidence,” the mum-of-two began.

“I come out here [to the Dominican Republic] and all the girls have beautiful bodies.”
James, 35, replied: “You’re beautiful! Stop being stupid. You’re overthinking it.”

Jordan, 25, went on to say Amy was being “her own worst enemy”.
“I know,”she agreed before adding “But social media for me is hard”
As James branded social media as “b******t”, Jordan said: “Listen, it’s fake. We know the filters people use. We know that’s not real.”
Amy then proceeded to share her hopes of “feeling back to me in the next couple of months”.

She noticed that the boy’s have been hitting the gym and added that she wants to get [her] head straight in that retrospect.
Elsewhere in the Dominican Republic for the debut episode of the 30th series of TOWIE, newcomer Elma Pazar and James ‘Diags’ Bennewith joked about their plan to marry each other.
The cheeky pair shared a huge hug while saying they “missed” one another during a group conversation with close friends Chloe Burrows and Courtney Green.

Chloe asked Elma: “How long have you two actually known each other?
The former Love Island star replies: “Like three for four years.
Chloe added: “You two look good together.”
Elma replied: “He’s my bestie.
Chloe laughed before adding: “You just got bestie’d off. Friend zoned.”
Elma said: “Can I be honest, I actually said to Diags I would marry him and I actually offered to marry him but he didn’t want to marry me.”

Diags responded: “We was going to marry each other but I was in a relationship at the time. Wrong timing.
“So now I’m available to get married.”
However, Elma admitted she’s now “not available to get married.”
Fans of the reality sohw will have to wait and see if there will be a TOWIE wedding on the horizon in the near future.
