The One Show fans say Adrian Chiles 'wants old job back' after 'taking over' interview

Ex-The One Show host Adrian Charles is said to be “fishing” for his old BBC job back.

The TV presenter appeared on Tuesday’s programme (January 17) to promote his new book about boozing titled The Good Drinker: How I Learned to Love Drinking Less.

However, fans thought Adrian was doing his best to impress producers on the show when he started interviewing fellow guest Naomi Ackie, taking over from the show’s hosts.

Alex Jones and Jermaine Jenas were the presenters on the night and took a step back to let Adrian work his magic.
