Joey Essex could be forced to miss the next Dancing on Ice live show after suffering a nasty injury.
The former TOWIE star, 32, has become a fan-favourite on the ITV skating show, and he seems to have struck up a romance with skating partner Vanessa Bauer.
But the reality star has sparked concern as he’s suffered a leg injury that could render him unable to take to the ice on Sunday night (February 18).

Joey took to Instagram with a photo of his injury just one day before the show which saw him sitting on a bed with his leg looking worse for wear as it was all wrapped up.
The Essex hunk admitted he’d “had better days” in his caption, which has thrown his next DOI routine into serious doubt.
It’s not the first time poor Joey has suffered an injury during his DOI journey as he sliced his finger before the series had even started.
He told the Express that he was very nervous about getting back onto the ice while his finger was recovering, but he’s since managed to beat his fears.
Joey said: “I was so terrified to fall and hit the metal finger on the ice, I was in so much pain and the finger was all taped up.
“It gave me a disadvantage at the start but I’ve thrown myself into it and I’ve moved on from the injury.”
Joey and Vanessa have become one of six remaining ocuples in the competition after ex-EastEnders star Patsy Palmer was eliminated last week.

The pair fuelled romance rumours earlier this week when they were snapped out and about together.
And after their Paso Doble last week, host Phillip Schofield said of Joey’s routine: “You did actually feel very confident about that. You said you were dreaming about it, woke up this morning and thought ‘I can do this’.”
Joey said: “Literally, I think about it in my sleep every night. It’s mad, I have actually fallen in love…”
He then looked at Vanessa before adding: “With ice skating.”
Host Phil questioned it and the audience exploded in cheers before Joey laughed it off.
