This Morning viewers went wild as N-Dubz appeared on the ITV sofa alongside Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary to talk about their upcoming music.
As the interview with Tulisa, Dappy and Fazer started, Dermot said: “It feels like you’ve only been gone for two weeks, you look exactly the same!”
Alison asked: “Yeah what is the secret?”
Dappy replied: “Water, drink lots of water, and sleep.”

Dermot joked: “Back in the day I didn’t hear that coming out of your mouth. Water? You’ve changed!”
As Dappy amended: “Sleep appropriate hours,” as Tulisa chimed in: “I’d say no stress but that is definitely not the case.”
As Tulisa, Fazer and Dappy discussed their new song, fans quickly rushed to social media to comment on how young the band looked after they rose to fame 12 years ago.
One said: “That doesn’t even look like Tulisa.”
Another added: “Tulisa doesn’t look like Tulisa anymore”, as a third chipped in: “Why does Tulisa not look like Tulisa.”
A fourth gushed: “N-Dubz still look the same like they did back in 2011.”
N-Dubz are going from strength to strength as they reformed last year for a sold out arena tour around the UK.
They have released their second song of 2023, titled February, which they revealed is about heartbreak after splitting up from a partner, and returns to the band’s signature of back and forth story-telling.
Tulisa has also confirmed the group will be releasing a new album as she shared a sneak peek at the process on her Instagram Story, showing fans a behind the scenes tour of the recording studio.
Tulisa captioned the post: ‘Come take a little tour of the N-Dubz residential recording studio during down time after the freestyle shoot.’
She continued: “We just spent 5 weeks here finishing recording the new NDUBZ album. T’was an experience, what a trip. Can’t wait for you all to hear it.”
