Eminem’s children now – bikini snaps, biological dad bombshell and Kim reunion

Rap legend Eminem became known for writing emotional lyrics about his beloved daughter Hailie Jade Mathers, who he shared with ex-wife Kim.

Born in 1995, Hailie was soon mentioned in a number of Emimem’s songs through the nineties and noughties, where her voice is even heard on My Dad’s Gone Crazy with Dr Dre when she was just seven, as she was heard saying: “Somebody please help me! I think my dad’s gone crazy.”

But Eminem is also the adoptive father of two other family members, Alaina Scott and Stevie Laine Scott, who he legally adopted with Kim during their two marriages.

The rapper credited his children for helping him beat his pill addiction, and as he celebrates his 51st birthday, Daily Star takes a look at where they are now.

Alaina Scott

In the early noughties, Eminem legally adopted Alaina Marie Scott, the daughter of his ex Kim’s sister Dawn, who was struggling with drug addiction, and later passed away from an overdose in 2016.

He told Rolling Stone in 2004: “My niece has been a part of my life ever since she was born. Me and Kim pretty much had her, she’d live with us wherever we was at.”

Alaina, otherwise known as Lainey, is referred to in a number of Eminem’s songs, most notably Mockingbird, as he declares his love for his adoptive daughter and niece.

The eldest of Eminem’s kids is now 30 and a travel blogger with an impressive following on Instagram after attending Oakland University.

She married her long-term partner Matt Moeller in Detroit, Michigan, as she shared some sweet snaps from the special day on her social media page.

Her cousin and adoptive sister Hailie was a bridesmaid, and Eminem walked her down the aisle, which was lined with 2000 white roses.

Speaking about the special moment, Alaina told People: “He wasn’t going to miss that.

“These are once-in-a-lifetime moments, and I’m just so grateful to be loved the way I am by everyone. None of this would have been possible without my dad. I’m beyond blessed.”

Hailie is Eminem’s only biological daughter, and the pair still have a close relationship to this day, as she regularly speaks about her father on her Just A Little Shady podcast.

In September 2022, Hailie opened up about her childhood, as she admitted she sometimes gets bothered by questions about her famous father.

She said: “The best way to say this is yes and no … Honestly, it’s to a point.

“I obviously expect it. And there’s certain things I can understand why people are just genuinely curious about, as anyone would be when you’ve kind of grown up half in the spotlight.”

Hailie, 27, is now a social media influencer and boasts over 3 million followers on Instagram, where she regularly shares glamorous snaps, although her dad is not seen on it.

In February this year, Hailie announced she was engaged to her boyfriend of five years, Evan McClintock, as she shared the news in a gushing Instagram post.

It seems Eminem and his ex-wife Kim, with whom he had several acrimonious splits, will reunite once again at their daughter’s wedding later this year.

Kim confirmed to The US Sun that she would “of course” be at the ceremony, and that she saw her three kids “not often, but often enough”.

Stevie Scott

Stevie is the youngest of Eminem’s children at the age of 21, and is Kim’s biological child with then-boyfriend Eric Hartter, who she dated in between her two marriages to the rapper.

When Eminem and Kim got back together, he legally adopted Stevie in 2005.

Eric was found dead in an abandoned house in Detroit, Michigan after a cocaine and fentanyl overdose in 2019.

Stevie claimed they found out she was adopted when they were “sent an article of my biological dad’s death” which they showed to their grandmother.

They recounted their grandmother saying: “I’m sorry they wouldn’t tell you about him,” after Eminem insisted he was their real dad when they confronted him.

Stevie, who was born Whitney, came out as non binary in August 2021, as they shared an emotional video describing their journey on TikTok, and revealed they would be now using “all pronouns” to describe themselves.

They are in a long-distance relationship with their boyfriend, TikTok star Declan Jace, and have avoided the spotlight.

Hailie and Alaina spoke about the differences in their upbringings, as they claimed Stevie was allowed to do a lot more at a younger age in comparison to their stricter childhood.

Speaking on Just A Little Shady, Alaina joked: “I wanted to wear a two-piece bathing suit and I wasn’t allowed. And I was like, Stevie came out the womb in a two-piece bathing suit, basically.”
