Kim Kardashian had fans begging: “Are you okay?” as she wowed in a series of bikini shots taken on vacation in Turks.
The reality star wowed in a tiny black thong and soaking wet white t-shirt tied up into a bra as she showed some skin in the shallows of the ocean. Adding tiny silver belts around her waist to draw attention to her low-slung bottoms, Kim turned her head away from the camera and let her soaking wet hair trail into the water.
But it was a later snap that had fans confused and a little worried for Kim, as she looked as though she was preparing to dive right into the shallowest part of the water, risking an injury. She bent her knees and looked set to propel herself forward – risking her head hitting the sand.

Thankfully she seemed uninjured in later snaps, wetting her hair in the sea while her white top turned see-through to give fans a glimpse of the black bikini bra she wore underneath. She stripped out of the top completely to float like a starfish on her back in the shallows, framed by palm trees and a perfect blue sky.

Kim didn’t caption her snap, though her sister Khloe rushed to comment: “I can’t handle the hotness.” Fans, however, were left fretting, with one posting: “Why is she diving in knee deep water?” Someone else agreed: “Nah did she just dive in the shallow end?”
A third said: “She’s got a concussion!” As another fan echoed: “Did you hit your head when you dove in?” Others were desperate to show some appreciation for Kim’s latest thirst trap, with one simply penning: “I love you so much.” Another gushed: “So gorgeous!” as some fans simply left rows of flame emojis.

Later, Kim stripped totally naked in the hotel spa for some skincare, having a glossy white mask applied to her face. She peered up into the camera with her dark hair slicked back as staff used a brush to apply the product – and Kim didn’t seem fazed by her nudity.
The latest snaps come shortly after Kim’s ex-husband Kanye West was allegedly named in a police report which claims he punched an unnamed man after an altercation involving his wife Bianca Censori. The rapper claims the man “sexually assaulted” Bianca by putting his hand under her dress, grabbing her around the waist and blowing her kisses.

TMZ claimed Kanye punched the man in retaliation, though he “did not require any treatment for injuries”. The man filed a battery report while Kanye and Bianca left the scene.
The rapper’s team claimed to Daily Mail: “‘Grabbed’ is grossly inadequate as a description of what happened. Bianca was physically assaulted. The assailant didn’t merely collide into her. He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, he spun her around, and then he blew her kisses. She was battered and sexually assaulted.”
