Liam Payne’s net worth has been revealed after a tragic turn of events which led to him passing away after falling from a third-floor hotel balcony while on holiday in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The 31-year-old pop sensation was enjoying his time away with his girlfriend Kate Cassidy, who had left Argentina just days before the incident. The world is reeling from the news as fans and celebs alike pour out their sorrow over the devastating loss of the young star.

Argentinian officials have confirmed that Payne sustained “extremely serious injuries” after plummeting from the Casa Sur Hotel in the trendy Palermo district.
Liam, whose career skyrocketed him to an eye-watering £46million fortune, shared some touching insights in a 2022 interview about his wealth being earmarked for his son, Bear Payne.

In an emotional chat, he revealed his intention to hand down his business empire to his offspring once he’s old enough to handle it, reports the Express.
Chatting with Logan Paul on the Impaulsive podcast, he opened up about his financial plans for Bear’s future, saying: “My life now is his, my money is his. I have actually got several companies that are up and running that I know he can run one day if he wants to or [he can sell them].”

Liam became a father to Bear in March 2017 with former partner Cheryl, whom he dated from 2016 until their split in 2018. In a heartfelt interview, Liam Payne couldn’t help but gush about his seven-year-old son, calling him a “lovely boy” and stating he feels “blessed” to have him. The former One Direction star revealed that fatherhood is “the coolest thing”.
Speaking of the joys of parenting, Liam highlighted that escorting his little one to school ranks high on his list of “favourite things,” He also shared that living in close proximity to Cheryl, the mother of his child whom he lauds as “the best mum in the world” works out perfectly for them.

Liam opened up about their harmonious co-parenting approach, with Cheryl giving him “full autonomy” in his career decisions while ensuring that their son Bear’s needs are met, confidently saying: “At the same time, I know [Bear is being] taken care of [by her].”
Looking back at their unique love story, the star reminisced about how he first crossed paths with Cheryl during his auditions on the X Factor, years before they became romantically involved. It’s this history that makes him feel grateful to be co-parenting with someone he considers “couldn’t ask for someone better”.

He even shared the quirky tale of their past with podcast host Logan, dubbing it the “weirdest how I met your mother story ever”. Tragically, on Wednesday, the confirmation came through that Liam Payne had passed away. Officials disclosed that he was declared dead at the site of the incident.
Alberto Crescenti, director of emergency medical services, divulged the tragic occurrence of Payne falling into an internal courtyard, with ongoing investigations into the cause of death, including an autopsy to clarify the exact reasons.
Crescenti revealed to an Argentinian news source: “At 17.04 through the 911 integrated public safety system, we were alerted of a person who was in an internal courtyard of the management of a south house hotel.”
“At 17.11 a SAME team arrived and verified the death of this man and later we found out that he was a singer in a musical group. Unfortunately, he had injuries that were incompatible with life, as a result of his fall, so we had to confirm his death, there was no possibility of resuscitation.”
