Danny Jones and his wife Georgia are reportedly “now on a break and are living apart from each other”.
Georgia Horsley, former Miss England, is reportedly taking a breather to get her head around her husbands ‘kiss’ with Maura Higgins at a BRITs after-bash. Despite this, pictures from Tuesday showed the married couple together, sipping coffee together in Richmond, which marked the first time they’d been papped post-kiss scandal.
However, a friend said: “It has been overwhelming and she needs time to process what has happened. Only then can she begin to talk about the future. They are now on a break and are living apart from each other.”
This follows Georgia’s heartfelt Instagram post featuring Cooper, the couple’s seven year old lad. The York-born beauty has been swamped with love on social media since the ‘kiss’ drama unfolded, with her celeb mates rallying around her.
Sarah Louise Merrygold, better half of JLS’s Aston Merrygold, sent out a virtual hug: “Little dude. Sending you all my love.”
Reality TV’s Binky Felstead chimed in with: “We got you girl! Adore you.”
And author Anna Whitehouse offered up some solidarity: “Love you darling. We’ve got you.”
The Mail Online reported that their decade-long marriage is on thin ice, with insiders spilling that Georgia is seething over the “chaos” the scandal’s whipped up.
They said: “She is furious – not just with her husband’s actions, but with all the chaos this has brought to their lives, particularly for their young son Cooper. All she wants to do is protect her boy from this mess.”
Maura Higgins is yet to respond but has not dodged the drama either. Social media has been ablaze with people tagging her next to sick-face emojis, while others vent their vexation.
One comment read: “Not cool” followed by a barrage of emojis, including a trio of “thumbs-down”. Amidst the online uproar, an Insta-user added their two cents: “Oh dear very disappointing” in the sea of reactions.
