Love Island star shares theory Yasmin is ‘AI or actor’ after ‘obscene’ behaviour

EXCLUSIVE: Love Island’s Jess White is convinced Yasmin Petter could be AI after her “obscene but brilliant” behaviour during the new series of the ITV2 dating show

Love Island’s Yasmin Petter is already proving to be one of the series’ best-loved Islanders – but one former contestant is convinced she is AI.

Jess sat down with Daily Star in collaboration with https://www.casino.org/uk/ as she discussed who she is loving this series after starring on the show herself last year.

The TV star told us: “This is going to be a bit of a rogue one because when she first came into it, I didn’t like her! But Yasmin. She’s carrying this whole season. Like, I don’t believe she is real. She’s either AI or an actor, it’s obscene but brilliant TV!

“Because the way she speaks is so monotone and dry, even when she’s having normal conversations, she is still just funny. I could sit and listen to her all day, she’s great TV.

“Her posture, when she’s sitting upright, just everything about her is iconic. I’ve never met or watched anyone on TV like her before. If she is being pushed by producers, then they’re doing a brilliant job because she’s fantastic.”

She then shared her hot take on how she is finding the overall series after a “slower start”. Jess explained: “I wasn’t into as much at the beginning of this season; however, the past four or five episodes have been TV gold. I am obsessed with it again.

“It was a slower start this year, but I think that’s because I’m basing it off my series, which was chaotic from the very beginning! But, yeah, this past week I’ve been dying for 9 pm to hurry up so I can watch it because it’s been iconic. We’re back, it feels like summer again.”

We also asked Jess if she would be up for returning as a bombshell this season – just like fellow contestants have in the past.

She answered: “It’s a tricky one. I know they’ve done it before with Kady [McDermott] going in, but when you’ve had that platform before, to then go in there again, it would feel uncomfortable. Mainly because it would be my second time doing it with a group who are experiencing it for the first time.

“I’d know what to expect. So, I think for me, going in as a bombshell in a normal cast series wouldn’t work. I think I’d be thinking about the perspective that it would give on the outside, too. I think All Stars is different, as you’d be all in the same boat. But who knows! Never say never, but on this current series, probably not for me right now.”
