Emily Atack has revealed that she’s lost a stone during coronavirus isolation as the UK reaches it’s fourth week in lockdown.
The 30-year-old comedy actress shared a photograph of a delicious looking home cooked meal, and when a troll sent her hate about it, she shot back and spilled her weight loss.
The I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! star shared the photograph of her cooking with her 1.7m followers, adding the caption: “Chinese style steak and noodles with spinach & cashews this eve.”
One follower commented on the photograph of steak and noodles saying: “You will put on weight lol.”

The Inbetweeners star slammed the follower’s comment, and shot back confirming that she had in fact lost a stone by “eating cleaner” amid the coronavirus lockdown.
She said, sticking up for herself by replying to the troll: “I’ve lost a stone in the last 3 months because I’m cooking like this and eating cleaner. So you are incorrect.”
Emily has been treated her fans to gorgeous selfies during the pandemic, keeping her followers entertained with updates about her self-isolation as she stays at home on her own.
Before her most recent Instagram post, Emily shared her views on being single in lockdown.
In a column for Grazia magazine, she explained it’s been touch not being able to spend time with her pals.
She said that those conveying “Instagram-perfect isolation” are not being honest to their followers about the reality of lockdown living by yourself.
Emily said: “It has been three weeks since I have physically touched another human being. I am isolating alone in the London flat I recently moved into…
“Like so many, I have been in shock. I’ve woken up in the middle of the night with crushing anxiety like I’ve never experienced before. My internal monologue is already knackered.

“Being alone has always been my number one fear. And yet here I am. In the middle of a pandemic, completely isolated from everyone and everything I know and love.”
Emily continued saying she stays in regular contact with her mother, actress Kate Robbins, who is also spending lockdown alone, by video chatting her often.
She also confessed to have taken ‘little swipes at an online dating app I’ve rejoined out of sheer boredom’.
