Joe Wicks has shared some snaps of himself looking absolutely delighted to be back home with his family after staying in hospital over the weekend, as he got surgery on his infected hand.
The 33-year-old Body Coach star shared a picture of himself giving a thumbs-up to the camera with his bandaged hand, as he played with his children at home in Richmond today.
Taking to his Instagram page, the fitness star who has been keeping the nation fit during the coronavirus lockdown, revealed he had been greeted by his one-year-old daughter India.
Alongside a sweet photo of India and son Marley, Joe wrote: “So happy to be home with my family.”
Joe and India were later spotted having fun on a climbing frame in the back garden.
Earlier, Joe revealed he wouldn’t be partaking in all the moves during his YouTube PE lessons for the for a while, instead wife Rosie would be taking the reigns.
Writing to his 3.4m followers on Instagram, Joe explained: “I’ve had to call in a supply teacher for Monday’s #pewithjoe. It’s my beautiful wife Rosie.
“She’s kindly agreed to come on the live stream with me to demonstrate the moves as I really need to let my hand rest for a few days now I’ve had the wires removed.”
Joe then went on to say of his 28-year-old wife: “It’s totally out of her comfort zone so I’ve got so much love and respect for her right now.
“She’s always there for me when I need her the most and she knows how much it means to me that I don’t let anyone down with these daily workouts.
“I’ll still be leading the session and coaching you all but Rosie will be demonstrating the exercises for you. Let’s wish her good luck on her debut PE class.”
