Katy Perry has dropped a huge hint that she and fiancé Orlando Bloom knew what they were going to call their newborn daughter – despite saying they didn’t.
The I Kissed a Girl and I Liked It songstress, 35, and actor Orlando, 43, welcomed their first child together, which they have called Daisy Dove Bloom.
And now Katy has given a massive hint that they did know that she was going to be called Daisy.
Taking to Instagram, Orlando shared a sweet black and white snap of the pair holding Daisy’s tiny hands and in it was Katy’s very interesting nail design.
The star had a stunning manicure likely done ahead of the birth and on her thumb was a hand painted little daisy.

Katy has said that the pair had a shortlist for Daisy’s potential names but claimed they didn’t know what they were going to call her prior to the birth.
And perhaps Katy even knew deep down that she adored the pretty name.
In the snap that Orlando shared from the charity Unicef, which him and Katy are ambassadors for, it had a sweet message from the star in the caption.

It read: “Welcome to the world, Daisy Dove Bloom! We are honoured to introduce Goodwill Ambassadors @KatyPerry and @OrlandoBloom’s new bundle of joy.”
A statement from Katy and Orlando was also included.
They said: “We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter.
“But we know we’re the lucky ones and not everyone can have a birthing experience as peaceful as ours was.
Communities around the world are still experiencing a shortage of healthcare workers and every eleven seconds a pregnant woman or newborn dies, mostly from preventable causes.”

Their statement continued: “Since COVID-19 many more newborn lives are at risk because of the increased lack of access to water, soap, vaccines and medicines that prevent diseases.
“As parents to a newborn, this breaks our hearts, as we empathize with struggling parents now more than ever.
“As UNICEF Goodwill Ambassadors, we know UNICEF is there, on the ground, doing whatever it takes to make sure every expecting mother has access to a trained health worker and access to quality healthcare.
“In celebration of the heart we know our daughter already has, we have set up a donation page to celebrate DDB’s arrival. By supporting them, you are supporting a safe start to life and reimagining a healthier world for every child. We hope your [heart] can bloom with generosity.⠀
“Gratefully- Katy & Orlando.”
