Elon Musk is notoriously private about his personal and family life normally.
The billionaire businessman and space exploration junkie has now showed a rare snap of him enjoying some family time at the construction zone for his new “Starbase”, a city around the SpaceX facility in Texas.
With his girlfriend in tow – the millionaire alternative singer Grimes, the tech mogul held up his youngest son X Musk for the camera.
The adorable tot looked incredibly serious as he inspected a bunch of multicoloured flowers, and despite careful squinting it’s too difficult to see any new details of the latest developments at the facility.

Fans shared their appreciation of the tech mogul’s post, excited he was letting them see into his quirky family life.
One person observed: “I think the little son in this cute photo by Elon clearly shows me he’s got a scientific mind…
“Just look at that beautiful amazing concentration that blessed child has as he reaches for the flowers in the bouquets. He’s clearly reaching and discovering the material textures!”
Others gushed over Elon’s girlfriend, as another posted: “I like Grimes. Unique and authentic. She has substance. She is intelligent and I think that is the main reason why Elon likes her.”

While one fan joked: “Kinda disappointed that XAE12 [Elon’s son] doesn’t look like one of those Rocket ships that you made.”
“Dude looks exactly the same! Seriously love the eccentric vibe of this family photo,” another praised, sharing a throwback of the billionaire from his younger days.
Grimes wore a pair of vintage yellow sunglasses and a single flower in her long blonde hair for the day out, as well as a purple velvet dress.

Elon donned a set of aviator sunglasses and looked particularly suave for the occasion as he looked at the camera for the sun-soaked snap.
Elon’s youngest child has a very unusual name, which the scientist revealed his girlfriend came up with last year.
The couple first announced their baby’s name as “X Æ A-12 Musk”, inspired by the name of Grimes’ album 4ÆM.
Speaking to podcast host Joe Rogan, Elon explained at the time: “First of all, my partner is the one that, actually, mostly, came up with the name. Yeah, she’s great at names.”
But in May, Grimes announced they’d decided to change part of their son’s name again, to X Æ A-Xii.
Responding to fans’ questions over what the reason was on her Instagram, she said simply: “Roman numerals. Looks better tbh.”
