Katie Price is being kicked out of her rental home – and now she has just one week to find a new place.
The former glamour model, previously known as Jordan, has been renting a temporary home in Surrey.
But the substantial property has been sold for £1.2million and Katie was understood to be blindsided by the shock sale.
It means Katie, who has been renting the property for six months, is moving house for the third time in a year.
“It’s a real blow as she’ll have to move again,” a source told The Sun.
“Katie had no idea the house was being sold but now she’ll have to move very soon.”
Katie has been living in Surrey at the rental and splitting her time living with boyfriend Carl Woods in Essex.
And that’s while her West Sussex home – nicknamed Mucky Mansion – is being renovated.
The source confirmed: “She’s living with Carl most of the time, but still has a lot of stuff at the Surrey house and stays there occasionally because it’s close to (ex-husband) Pete’s [Andre] house.
“It has space for all of the kids and they all have their rooms there.”
Brighton-born Katie, has five children with three different dads – Peter Andre, Kieran Hayler and Dwight Yorke.
But the 42-year-old, who has been married three times, has previously stressed she would never move back to Mucky Mansion because it holds too many bad memories.
Katie, who was declared bankrupt in 2019, suffered a spate of upsetting break-ins and targeted burglaries.
And in an interview with The Mirror she revealed she was considering living with Carl on a permanent basis.

“I’ve still got the house here [West Sussex] with the kids for the minute, but we’re looking for somewhere,” admitted Katie.
“I’ve moved in with him [Carl], the kids will stay at his, but his house is the show home, it’s immaculate, but mine is more like the Jungle Book.
“Mine’s the Jungle Book where the kids can be as feral as they like but his is tidy, immaculate – you would spot a bit of dust if it was there.
She added: “The doctors from The Priory have said that my house, mentally, is a place I can’t ever go back to because there’s too many memories.
“Even just walking up the driveway drives me mad, and when I’m in I want to get out of there. I can’t explain it in my head and it’s just so sad what’s happened to my house.
“It’s sad because it could be such an amazing place, but no I’m done with it. I own that house but it just literally sits there until mentally I’m ready to do something with it.
“It’s weird to know that I still own that big house, it just sits there, I sometimes forget that I’ve even got it.”
