Loose Women fans were left in disbelief after Stacey Solomon said marriage wasn’t “that important” on Friday’s show.
The panel, which also included Nadia Sawalha, Judi Love and Kaye Adams, were busy discussing the Australian version of Married At First Sight when Stacey landed the bombshell.
After the former X Factor star had shrugged off the idea of getting married stating that she didn’t feel it was “that important” her co-star Kaye was quick to point out that she would be walking down the aisle very soon.
Back tracking, Stacey said: “I couldn’t be more committed to Joe.
“There’s a lot more to it than just wanting to get married. There’s people in our family who want that to happen.”

The panel had been busy chatting about whether or not they were on-board with the concept of marrying a complete stranger.
Judi, who confessed that she is massive fan of the show, wasn’t against the idea and explained that it had actually worked out in some cases.
Stacey, however, wasn’t on-board with the idea and explained that there are many more foundations and components to a relationship than just marriage.

The Tap To Tidy founder was trying to explain her view that people shouldn’t just jump in at the deep end and instead they should take their time.
Although, she instead accidentally made a slip of the tongue and said getting hitched “wasn’t important” which later led to some backlash from fans of the show on Twitter.
One fan fumed: “How can Stacey sit there and say marriage shouldn’t change anything or be important when she’s been going on and on and on about getting engaged to Joe for years?”

But others completely agreed with the TV star turned Instagram influencer.
One fan concurred: “Focus on finding someone before rushing to marry.”
Stacey, who shares a son with Joe, got engaged at the end of last year and revealed the seriously emotional news on her Instagram.
She regularly gives fans a glimpse into her life with Joe and their kids on social media.
