Corrie's Sally Carman and co-star husband Joe Duttine pose for rare loved-up snap

Coronation Street’s Sally Carman and her co-star husband Joe Duttine have posed up a storm for a very rare loved-up snap, leaving fans overjoyed.

Getting into the Christmas spirit, the Abi Franklin and Tim Metcalfe actors looked smitten as they posed side-by-side in front of their newly decorated Christmas tree.

The Tim actor pulled a silly face as his wife wrapped one arm around his shoulders as the two donned festive attire.

It seems as though the phrasing on the sweatshirts that the couple – who got wed in July 2022 – had on came from The Pogues’ Fairytale Of New York Christmas hit.

In the caption, Sally wrote: “As we all know, I love a Christmas jumper and I love a small business. I especially love a small business that supports a good cause which is why I’m giving Shop Christmas Jumpers a massive shout out this Christmas.”

Promoting the good cause, she added: “Every jumper sold, a percentage will go straight to Give Us A Shout – a mental health charity offering text message support.”

She then notified her followers that the jumpers she and Joe could be seen wearing can be purchased from Manchester Christmas market on Market Street.

Fans in the comments section were quick to gush over the couple, with many excited to see such a sweet snap from their day-to-day lives.

“My two Corrie faves right there,” gushed one fan of the couple.

“Couple goals,” said another of Sally’s followers.

A third then penned: “A lovely couple doing a lovely thing, take care the pair of you.”

While a fourth said: “You look gorgeous, as do the jumpers.”

And a fifth added: “Pretty handsome pair. Loving the jumpers too.”

This comes as Sally took one home two Royal Television Society awards recently – one for Best Performance in a Continuing Drama, and the second for Best Continuing Drama Storyline for Abi’s Baby Battle.
