This Morning host Holly Willoughby recently enjoyed a brisk walk as she enjoyed her break from This Morning.
The 41-year-old presenter looked fresh faced as she took a stroll while listening to the How to Fail with Elizabeth Day podcast.
She went on to quote the podcast’s guest on the episode, Brene Brown, in view of her 7.6million followers.
Brene said: who said: “If you don’t toot your horn, then get out of the band.”
The quote appeared to resonate with Holly who went on to say: “She was saying how us as women don’t fly our own flag because we’re just too embarrassed about it all and don’t want to be seen as too pushy or ‘one of those women’.

“So because of this podcast, which has just inspired me, I want to say thank you for everything to do with Wylde Moon, which has been an enormous success.
“The perfume seems to have gone into your hearts and handbags. The jewellery is the most beautiful stuff and every time I see one of you wear it my heart just pings.
“I didn’t think I would be able to do something like this and I did.

“I’m more proud of this than anything else.”
A giggling Holly added: “”Look there, I just tooted my own horn. I’m officially in the band!”
Fans of the Dancing on Ice host rushed to leave a suppportive message for the star in the comment section underneath the clip.
One fan penned: “Holly you’re incredible!! I’m terrible at tooting my own horn but here goes!”
Another added: “Congratulations Holly looking beautiful taking Bailey for a walk.”

Holly recently appeared on her This Morning co-star Alison Hammond’s By The Light Of The Moon podcast, where she shared a horrifying backstage truth.
Alison, 47, and Holly were discussing the “transformative” glam team on their shared daytime show when Holly recalled an incident which saw her text Ruth Langsford an apology.

Holly revealed that she was forced to use the Loose Women star’s toothbrush after being caught in “desperate” need of one backstage.
Replying to Alison’s compliments about the glam team, Holly said: “I haven’t had to use your toothbrush yet.
“There was a time I had to text Ruth once. I went, ‘I’m so sorry, I’ve just used your toothbrush.’
“I was desperate. I replaced it.”
Alongside Dermot O’Leary, Alison has been filling in for Holly during this week’s half-term episodes.
