Kim Kardashian has faced a backlash from her fans after she posted a video they branded ‘invasive’ featuring her daughter North – who demanded she delete the footage.
Kim, 41, took to Instagram to share a clip with her followers as she sang Bruno Mars hit Versace On The Floor while daughter North West, nine, and her 10-year-old cousin Penelope Disick – the daughter of Kim’s sister Kourtney Kardashian and her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick – rode in the back.
The reality TV star was seen sitting up front in the car with her hair styled in a blonde bob and a filter applied to give the effect of pointy ears.

Wearing a black vest top and natural make-up Kim told the children “Sing it girls,” as she tried to get them to join her in some vocal efforts.

However, while they did appear to briefly join in, both girls didn’t appear to be too enthusiastic about the selfie video and at one point North was seen protesting that her mother was filming her.
North is seen shouting “Stop!” at Kim, before adding “Mom! Mom, please delete that!”
Kim however didn’t pay attention to the pleas as she giggled and continued to film the girls.

The clip resulted in some of her followers taking to Reddit to voice their concerns over the footage – with some arguing she was just doing what mums do and embarrassing her relatives, but others took a more harsh approach.
One wrote: “Kimberly probably thinks she’s just embarrassing her daughter and niece like all moms do but doesn’t recognise that she has a huge audience. It isn’t just her classmates.”
Another added: “This video is not just going to the family group chat, not just going on a Facebook page with a couple hundred friends. This is on her Instagram page for the entire world to see. I wonder psychologically what that does to a child.”

A third wrote: “Why would she post this? North is unhappy and explicitly asks her to please delete it. This feels so invasive. She’s only 9, she shouldn’t have videos she doesn’t like of herself online for millions of people to see.”
A fourth social media user continued: “How many times does this 9 y/o girl need to say and write STOP?!?!?!?!”
A fifth said: “This made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It’s not just North begging but the looks North and Penelope give each other.”
However, others were on Kim’s side, and saw the humour in things, with one fan gushing: “Love these two — oh and you, Kim.”
Another echoed: “The joys of motherhood is getting back at them with embarrassing moments!!”, as a third fan posted: “This is life with kids lol.”
