Celebrity Big Brother star Jemma Lucy has revealed that she once snorted pre-workout powder after “running out of gear”.
The 35-year-old model, who shot to fame on MTV’s Ex on the Beach, made the confession on James English’s Anything Goes podcast.
In a clip from the interview shared on Twitter by host James, she opens up about sniffing the “pink” powder.

Mother of one Jemma explains: “I ended up sniffing f**king pro-plus, no, not pro-plus, whats it called? Pre-workout once.
“We run out of gear and we were sniffing these huge lines of this pink powder and it was just fun and wasn’t getting f**ked off it but yeah and I have memories when I look back and I think I actually had fun when I was doing that but what I doing was f**ked up.”
It comes after Jemma claimed she was told she’d be dumped from the show if she didn’t have sex.
She was caught in bed with co-star Ashely Cain during her time filming the series, which sparked a fight with love rival Kayleigh Morris at the time.
Jemma blames the show’s producers for much of what happened, claiming she was virtually forced have sex with Ashley.
She told James: “I feel like that but when I did Ex On he Beach, they take advantage of your vulnerability like they make you do stuff without literally forcing you physically.
“They’ll manipulate you, and I regret everything I did on those shows. I hate them. I just look like a t**t”.
Jemma continued: “There were times where they would drag me off set like by my clothes and be like ‘if you want to be famous, if you want to make it you need to start doing stuff or you’re going home tomorrow. Go and get in that room and sleep with him’.”
“They did it to me so many times and I listened to them because I wanted it so much. I wanted to be so financially secure.
“Obviously I love the fame, and and that kind of side of it too but the end goal for me was the money because the fame and the followers equals money.
“I wanted it that much and they could see that so they would just push me into situations where I was acting like an absolute knob.
|It was all acting though people think that’s really me it’s not … you’re selling your soul and now because of the way TV is it’s there for life.”
MTV declined to comment when approached by Daily Star about the claims.
