Fans of Coronation Street seem to think businessman Owen could be Stephen Reid’s next victim.
During Monday night’s episode (June 12), the pressure was mounting for Stephen when he realised that Owen may have taken a liking to Jenny Bradley.
Not best pleased with the idea and the fact that Owen wants to get his hands on Underworld, the two men ended up in a heated exchange in the middle of the street.
But due to Stephen’s murderous past, fans seem to think that Owen’s days could also be numbered.

Taking to Twitter, viewers shared their thoughts.
One social media user wrote: “I like Owen I want him to get with Jenny and not be another Stephen victim.”
Another said “He’s going to kill this Owen guy and frame Michael isn’t he?”
Another said: “That’s Owen on Stephen’s hitlist with him firing Stephen when he takes over Underworld.”
While a fourth added: “Telling Stephen you’re gonna sack him, will reignite his list for killing. Watch that hole punch, Owen.”

Stephen was having a rough time on Monday night and his frustrations appeared to have gotten the better of him later on in the show.
While in the factory, Stephen exploded on his workforce and told them to leave the establishment immediately.
Following on from this, Stephen had a fiery exchange with Jenny, who told him that she has no interest in him romantically.
The serial killer then had a glimpse of hope when Carla Connor mentioned that she may not sell her Underworld to Owen after all.
But as soon as things started to pick up for Stephen, he then received another low blow when his partner Elaine told him that she had no plans to invest her savings in Underworld and wants to use her money for her retirement.
Seeing Elaine snap at Stephen, viewers were also convinced that her time could soon be up too.
Heading to Twitter again, one viewer wrote: “One foot out of line and you’re dead meat in Stephen’s eyes. Jenny Owen and Elaine have all stood up to Stephen tonight therefore they are all at risk.
“The killing spree continues.”
