Billie Piper has confessed she took racy items from when she played a sex worker in Secret Diary Of A Call Girl.
The TV favourite, 41, shot to fame in the nineties as a chart-topping pop star and since then has become one of the UK’s most famous actresses. Perhaps most famously, she played David Tennant’s on-screen companion Rose in Doctor Who.
The blonde beauty is now starring in the new Netflix drama, Scoop. Based on Prince Andrew’s notorious 2019 interview, Billie is portraying Sam McAlister, a glamorous Newsnight producer.

And It’s fair to say over the years, Billie hasn’t been afraid to strip off in the name of good telly either. Shedding her good girl image in 2007, Billie set pulses racing when she took on the role of Hannah Baxter, also known as Belle de Jour.

Billie played the professional romper in the raunchy ITV2 show Secret Diary Of A Call Girl until 2011. And the racy programme had lots of x-rated scenes – including on-screen orgies and even a racy “sploshing” sex scene.
And it turns out Billie even nicked a few things from the naughty show. While appearing on The Jonathan Ross Show this Saturday (March 23), alongside the likes of Mel B and Paul Rudd, Billie was asked if she’s ever taken anything from a set.
She admitted: “I take things from set, I see things, I take them.” Keen to know more, on the show, Jonathan quizzed her further: “What things have you lifted from the set?”
Former pop star Billie then explained: “Loads of things, rings, costume jewellery. I actually have a whip and some underwear from The Secret Diary of a Call Girl.”
Billie also found fame on Doctor Who, and it may not come as a shock that she‘s taken a few items from the iconic Tardis, too. She revealed: “took loads of stuff from the Tardis, the main central console.”
Host Jonathan also asked Billie about family life and what her children make of her career. The actress is a proud mum to three.
Billie said: “My elder one couldn’t give a sh*t, which I actually like, I think that’s a healthier response. I think I’ve got a fan in my youngest child, she will watch my music videos and ask to play my songs in the car and I’ll oblige.”
Jonathan then asked if they like some of her acting work. Billie responded: “They have no interest in me being in Doctor Who. But they will come to a convention where there’s access to real famous people, genuine stars if there is access to Stranger Things, Marvel or Lord of the Rings.”
