Manchester City’s star Jack Grealish is now a proud dad after his girlfriend Sasha Attwood gave birth to a little baby girl.
The overjoyed footballer couldn’t wait to give his fans a glimpse of the newborn, posting an adorable picture of the tot gripping his finger on Instagram and announcing: “Mila Rose Grealish. 27/09/24.” New mum Sasha was quick to follow suit, sharing the same touching photo on her account with the caption: “27/09/24. Mila Rose Grealish. The most special moment of my life.”
A slew of celebs jumped into the comments to send their love. Chelsea midfielder Ross Barkley dropped a heartfelt “Congrats lad,” alongside a red heart. Tom Grennan threw in a brotherly “Congrats broooo.”

Goalkeeper Jordan Pickford’s other half, Megan, cooed over the newborn calling her “Perfection. Love you so much already, Mila Rose. Auntie Megs can’t wait to buy you frilly socks and tutus” and excitedly claiming “Perfection. Love you so much already, Mila Rose. Auntie Megs can’t wait to buy you frilly socks and tutus.”
One Direction star Louis Tomlinson’s sister Daisy sent her congratulatory wishes by adding “Congratulations beautiful,” whilst her twin Phoebe echoed the sentiment with “Congratulations, my darling.”
Singer Frankee Rose also showed some love with “Congratulations” and a pink heart emoji.
Sasha and Jack’s joyous announcement follows Sasha’s candid shares about her struggles with maternity fashion at seven months pregnant. Not long before popping, Sasha confessed she was feeling “on edge” yet she couldn’t help but feel “beyond blessed” to be expecting a bub with her childhood beau.
The lovebirds’ tale began in their teen years, crossing paths at the same school in Solihull, West Mids. The duo, known for keeping their romance under wraps, only went public with their baby news in July, a mere three months before baby Mila made her entrance.
Grealish took to Instagram to spill the beans, posting a snap where he’s seen embracing his missus from behind, both cradling her baby bump. The football ace was clearly over the moon, captioning the adorable pic: “Life’s biggest blessing.”
Sasha, on her end, shared the same heartwarming image on her profile, adding the touching words: “Half of me, half of you – beyond blessed.”
