Love Island’s Jess White and Harriett Blackmore are at each other’s throats again in tonight’s episode.
The goal was to squash the love triangles and simmer down the tension, but it seems like that’s a big fat fail. After Ronnie Vint’s roving eye caught Harriett Blackmore’s attention, a gutted Jess White decided to cast her net elsewhere, pairing up with Sean Stone.
This left Harriett free to pursue things with the footie lad. But peace wasn’t on the cards this Friday, June 14 the air was thick with beef as Jess and Harriett couldn’t make amends, and Jess’s speech during the recoupling was seen as a sly jab.

The claws were out when Jess declared, “I’m a very direct person, I’m very straight up” only for Harriett to clap back, “But so am I as well.”
Jess wasn’t having any of it, but before things could get nastier, Joey Essex stepped in with, “You are both just very different people…if he does start cracking on with Harriet though what are you gonna do? “.
Back home, ITV2 fans weren’t holding back, taking to Twitter to slam Jess as a “bully”. Tweets flew in fast, with one viewer writing: “Jess is so nasty to Harriett, it’s actually embarrassing.”
Another chimed in with some serious shade: “Jess is just giving BULLY like the constant picking on Harriet is WEIRD, she needs to LEAVE”, and yet another tweet read: “You’re not direct Jess, you’re mean.”
Others revealed they planned to talk to broadcasting regulator Ofcom and said: “Nah let me get on Ofcom, jess ur FINISHED.” One more said: “Jess needs to be careful. Ofcom fully crossed my mind, and that’s never occurred before”.
One telly fan felt for Sean Stone, saying he was being played by Jess for some drama: “I feel so sorry for Sean because Jess is just using him to get a reaction from Ronnie.”
But as the Twitter storm raged on, love was blooming in the villa garden over a romantic brunch, where Sean and Jess got down to some real talk. Sean didn’t hold back, telling Jess he’s got high hopes for their spark.
The lovey-dovey vibes were cut short though, as three new bombshells – Wil Anderson, Tiffany Leighton and Grace Jackson – strutted into the villa. Joey Essex was gobsmacked to see Grace, an old flame: “The villa has been rattled”, he said, clearly knocked for six.
With his current squeeze Samantha Kenny by his side, what’s next for this Essex lad?
Love Island airs every Sunday to Friday at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
