Celebrity Big Brother fans have been reacting to the frosty vibes between Patsy Palmer and Ella Rae Wise.
In the latest episode, the ten remaining celebs were having a heart-to-heart about their personal lives and playing a game of ‘never have I ever’ when Patsy called Ella out.
EastEnders legend Patsy dodged the second eviction bullet thanks to the public vote on Tuesday, but is up for eviction again tonight.
The awkward encounter began when Danny Beard, the crowned champ of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, quizzed the celebs about their A-list hookups. Ella cheekily chimed in: “Never Have I Ever had a really famous celebrity in my DMs.” Ella couldn’t resist spilling the tea: “Oh, I have! Mine’s a naughty one because he’s got a wife.”
Patsy was quick to shut it down, warning her: “No, you better not share that! Don’t share things about people with wives.”
She confided in Chesney Hawkes: “I hate that kind of thing. It brings it low. Like, we’re not scum of the earth.”
Ella later vented to Danny about the tension, saying: “Why is everyone so serious today? Pats made me feel really bad about saying that. But I didn’t reply to the DMs. I didn’t reply.”
Patsy weighed in: “I think it’s sometimes also good to flag up because everyone gets carried away. You do have to be protective of yourself because you might regret it in the morning. You know how things can go and it’s not nice.”
Ella quickly backtracked on her previous comments, insisting the flirty message from the unnamed celebrity came before he tied the knot. She stated: “Oh no, this was obviously before he was married.”
X’s viewers flocked to Twitter to discuss Ella’s faux pas. One tweeter sniped: “Ella totally backtracked when Patsy called her out on it.”
While another chimed in with: “Ella changing her story after Patsy rightly so told her not to mention anything about a married man. ‘Oh he wasn’t married then’ please.”
Another viewer expressed their perception of her intent: “Ella genuinely made it sound like he had a wife at the time of the DM and he messaged back. like she wanted to stir the pot then changed the story to he never replied and before he had a wife?” With emojis aplenty, one follower mocked: “THE BACKTRACKING FROM ELLA ‘No this was before he was married’.”

Patsy received nods of approval for her stance. A supporter agreed: ” Yeah Patsy [is] right on that one, Ella keep quiet on that one..”
And another advised: “Patsy right why does Ella have to advertise someone else life that maybe don’t want to be exposed.”
Praise was heaped on Patsy, with some dubbing her a “queen” for calling Ella out.
Some fans were left annoyed that Patsy stopped the gossip. One viewer expressed their frustration, saying: “I get what Patsy is trying to say but I also wanted to know who slid into Ella’s DMs smh.”
