Davina McCall looked sensational as she took her fans through another workout session online.
The 56-year-old showcased her jaw-dropping figure while wearing a skintight fluorescent orange crop top. She paired her look with tiny red shorts.
Putting on a relaxed display, Davina went makeup-free for her Instagram video, where she gave fans a short tutorial of certain exercise routines that she picked up from the Stronger You challenge. Showcasing her long pins, the brunette beauty bent over slightly and swung her arms near her knees for one of her routines.

The star also did a series of star jumps, shoulder shrugs and went into the starfish position while on the floor. Captioning her short video clip, Davina seemed very proud of her new workout practices.

She wrote: “Well, this is my second workout from the stronger you challenge on @ownyourgoalsdavina. Love this workout by @frankatz_ . Full of lots of new moves I’ve never done before. Fun, interesting, and challenging.
“The perfect combo. These workouts are only 20 minutes long,” she added.
Seeing her stunning display, fans watching were also left feeling hot and headed to the comment section Davina on her stunning looks. One social media user said: “Hot as f**k. I need a cold shower now x.”

Davina’s fitness video comes after reports claimed that she will be joining forces with Dragon’s Den star Steven Bartlett to launch a new wellness podcast. The former Big Brother presenter appeared on Steven’s podcast Diary Of A CEO, where she candidly opened up about her previous addiction, which then led to the beginning of a friendship between the pair.
Talking about their potential new venture, a source gave more details to The Mirror. The insider said: “Davina’s passion for health and fitness made a podcast about wellness an obvious choice. They are both really excited about the project and can’t wait to get started later this year.”
