Channel 4 have confirmed that its upcoming show, The Surjury, will not be broadcast after the show’s presenter Caroline Flack was found dead.
The decision to axe the show comes after the 40-year-old has been found dead at her London home after taking her own life.
The 40-year-old’s heartbroken family confirmed the tragic news today.
A Channel 4 spokeswoman said: “We are shocked and saddened to hear the tragic news about Caroline Flack.
“Our deepest sympathies go out to Caroline’s family and friends.
“Under the circumstances, we have decided not to broadcast The Surjury.”

ITV have also confirmed that tonight’s Love Island has been cancelled following Caroline’s death.
ITV have confirmed that Love Island’s Unseen Bits, due to air on ITV2 at 9pm, will not air tonight.
Caroline’s family also released a statement, it read: “We can confirm that our Caroline passed away today on the 15th February.

“We would ask that the press both respect the privacy of the family at this difficult time.”
A lawyer for the Flack family confirmed that Caroline took her own life and was found in her east London flat on Saturday.
Following the death of Caroline Flack, an ITV spokeswoman said: “Everybody at Love Island and ITV is shocked and saddened by this desperately sad news.
“Caroline was a much loved member of the Love Island team and our sincere thoughts and condolences are with her family and friends.”

Caroline became synonymous with ITV2 reality series Love Island in recent years.
Along with hosting Love Island’s weekly spin-off show Aftersun, she had hosted all five series of the popular programme, one of the most-watched reality shows in the UK since it launched in 2015.
