Good Morning Britain has been marking the run-up to Christmas in recent weeks, with weather expert Laura Tobin adding a festive outfit to the mix on Monday morning.
The meteorologist, 39, looked stylish as ever in a cropped velvet gown, complete with a peephole neckline and ruched bell sleeves.
Patterned in shades of swirling reds and deep blue, the dress was designed by high street retailer Monsoon, known as the Harper Star Velvet dress.
Laura, who makes no secret of her passion for sustainability and eco-consciousness, paired the dress with a pair of re-worn nude heels.
Her hair, which is naturally brunette, was ironed straight and had been styled in chic sheet layers.

Striking a pose ahead of the episode, ITV’s resident stylist Debbie Harper shared a snap of Laura’s outfit to Instagram, letting fans know where to shop the look.
She said: “@gmb @lauratobinweather wearing @monsoon Harper Star Velvet dress! Shoes #reworn.”
Instagram and the GMB Twitter feed was filled with compliments from ITV fans, who took to their keyboards to swoon over her sense of style.
One said: “Looking Amazing. Love the dress.”
“Where is your gorgeous dress that you are wearing today from please?” wrote a second.
While Laura brought some seasonal cheer to the studio with her outfit choice, the weather whizz admitted there was nothing festive about the forecast.
Gesturing to the week’s predictions, she said it will be “not really feeling very festive for many of us”.
Laura informed viewers there will be unsettled, wet and windy, and often mild weather in the days ahead.
Urging her fans to gear up for the rain clouds, she added: “Umbrellas at the ready!”
Good Morning Britain airs on weekdays at 6am on ITV.
