Sharing a photo of her sparkler, she announced: “On a scale of 1-10 how engaged do I look? 1000 x yes.”

Much like Jessamy, Ryan is an actor, having appeared in stage productions of Phantom of the Opera and Billy Elliot in the past.

In his Twitter bio, he describes himself as a “@JessamyStoddart enthusiast,” proving his commitment to the soap starlet.

The proposal appeared to come after the sweethearts enjoyed Christmas dinner together, with Ryan taking to the kitchen to whip up a delicious spread.
