Parkinson’s-stricken rocker Ozzy Osbourne faces a race against time to make a movie of his manic life as he says he “won’t be around” for much longer.
The Brummie revealed his shock diagnosis last month after a number of health problems over the last 12 months.
And despite trying to get a film off the ground for the last 20 years he insists this time it will happen as he comes to terms with the disease.
Confirming a film is in the pipeline, the 71-year-old said: “Don’t ask me anything about it. My family are involved and I said to my wife, good luck.
“To get my three kids to agree on one thing, you’ve got to get up really early in the morning.

“My wife’s been special. “Thirty-eight years we’ve been married this year.
“I nearly lost her a few times. But you learn by your mistakes.
“We stuck together and it’s good.”
But despite his madcap antics over his music career, including destroying hotel rooms and biting the head off a dead bat live on stage, wife Sharon says the movie will be a love story.
The former X Factor judge added: “People thought I was insane trying to get a movie done on Ozzy, our story is a love story and it happens that he’s a musician.
“We’re working in our own quiet way, doing our own thing on that. It’s totally different to what anybody would think.”
In a new interview with Los Angeles Times, the Black Sabbath legend explained he has been battling Parkinson’s since 2003.
He said: ‘I’m not dying from Parkinson’s. I’ve been working with it most of my life.
“I’ve cheated death so many times. If tomorrow you read, ‘Ozzy Osbourne never woke up this morning’, you wouldn’t go, ‘Oh, my god!’ You’d go, ‘Well, it finally caught up with him’.”
