Strictly fans furious as identity of eliminated contestant is leaked online

Strictly Come Dancing fans are up in arms after the identity of the star axed from the show was deliberately leaked online.

The results of the show are pre-recorded and are due to air on the show tonight.

Viewers are furious after the identity of the departing contestant – who ended up in the bottom two – was revealed.

Some have claimed viewers are going to “kick off” when the Strictly result is revealed.

One fan wrote: “Just read who the bottom two were on last nights #strictly and who was eliminated and I can’t wait for it to kick off on Twitter tonight.”

Last night viewers were left stunned after The Wanted star Max George used the F-word at the end of his dance with Dianne Buswell.

Max screamed “f***ing get in” as he leant over Dianne for the finale move – before appearing to immediately realise what he said.

During the dance, the pair boogied to an American Smooth.

Max appeared to be swearing with relief after putting in a good performance.

Viewers flocked to social media to express their shock over Max’s gaffe, with many asking whether other viewers had heard him use the obscenity.

One wrote: “Definitely just rewound to see if Max said what I thought he said. He definitely said it.”

Another added: “So are Strictly going to pretend like we didn’t hear Max say ‘f***ing get in’?”

A third chipped in: “Did Max swear when he finished the dance? Haha.”

A fourth said: “Swear Max just dropped the F-bomb.”

Max didn’t receive the positive feedback he appeared to think he would get, as he was given a score of just five from judge Craig Revel Horwood.

Claudia Winkleman issued an apology later in the show for the “rude language” in Max’s routine, saying: “I just want to quickly apologise for some language that involved Max.

“I don’t know the details, I don’t know if you heard.”

Presenter Tess Daly also risked a racy wardrobe malfunction on the show, as her legs were visible through the glamorous slit up the side of her gown.
