Laura Hamilton was brutally shut down by a guest on A Place in the Sun after offering up a property that did not impress her potential buyer one bit.
The Channel 4 presenter and fellow property expert Ben Hillman were tasked with finding Emma her dream house in either France or West Sussex, UK.
But when Laura brought her to a property in Haywards Heath, the guest did not hold back in her disappointment.
Footage from last week’s show sees Emma, accompanied by daughter Grace, immediately saying: “Not loving it at all Laura, no. Really disappointed.”
The guest, a deputy headteacher, leaves Laura feeling like she is “definitely in trouble”.

Undeterred, Laura tries to sell the property by pointing out its location and quiet road.
But it falls on deaf hears, with Emma replying: “I think it’s the outlook, the vista. There’s no view, the houses are close and it doesn’t feel green or rural to me.”
As the property expert takes the pair into the house to look around, she admits: “Oh dear, I feel like I’ve had a telling off.”
Once inside, Grace seems to be impressed by the kitchen and its facilities but Emma continues her stern opposition.
“I’m not up for it,” Emma tells Laura. “It’s a no already.
“It’s not for us, its the location – that’s a massive no-no.”
It wasn’t a total disaster for Laura, though. She managed to win Emma over with a final property in a nearby village.
But she eventually opted to go for one of Ben’s options in France, bagging it for £80,000.
It is not the first time poor Laura has been met with stiff opposition to her property options.
The presenter was recently shut down by guest Geoff and his sister Jackie who halted a viewing early.
A Place in the Sun continues weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4.
