Britain’s Got Talent panellist Amanda Holden exposed her incredible secret for appearing so slim on the hit ITV talent programme.
The 49-year-old wasn’t withholding any information about her clever tactics either as she spoke openly on an Instagram Live alongside former Big Brother presenter Emma Willis.
It’s safe to say the blonde bombshell often takes the limelight on the show, as she always flaunts her impressive hourglass proportions in a number scantily-clad items.
Fans will be pleased to understand that even Amanda has a nifty little trick up her sleeve when it comes to achieving her slender physique.

Lifting the lid, she revealed that she defines her curves by wearing a figure-hugging Spanx to showcase her incredible body under some bold statement garments.
Amanda chatted away with Emma as she dropped the Spanx bombshell in the candid chat about her body.
The TV starlet very rarely opens up about staying in shape, but fans have seen she has been staying very active in lockdown, with plenty of pictures of her exercising and playing around with her daughters.

Speaking honestly about another female being on the panel, Amanda revealed her glee for having Alesha at her side.
She said: “We wear slippers under the desk, we eat food, we wear Spanx. It’s so nice to have another girl there alongside me.”
Her confessions didn’t end there, as she revealed her thoughts and feelings about her co-judges.
Speaking about her relationship with David Walliams, Simon Cowell and Alesha Dixon she told Emma the bond was “too real” to be fake on the programme.
She added: “And then when David came he pushes all of Simon’s buttons, and we got to see that and the relationship between them has lifted the show.
“So all of us, the four, it works really well – we’re so lucky.”
